Fill in the application form as completely as possible and we will assess your application as soon as possible

How can I change my password?
You can change your password via your details under the menu 'My account'.
Forgot your password?
Due to the new website, your password may no longer work. Enter that
enter your e-mail address and choose 'forgot password'. You will receive a link in your email to download a new one
to create a password.

Would you like to add or change something to your order? Then contact us by phone on +31
(0)85 488 1270 and your order will be adjusted.
Delivery
Minimum order value
The minimum order value for our Dutch and Belgian customers is €100 excluding VAT.
For our German customers, the minimum order value is €200.
Franco order limit
The free shipping order threshold for the Netherlands has been set at €250 excluding VAT as of January 1, 2025. For orders below this amount, €12.50 in shipping and administrative costs will be charged.
For our customers in Belgium and Germany, the order threshold is €350. For orders below this amount, we charge €20 in shipping and administrative costs.
Delivery time
We aim to process and ship orders placed before 11am the same day
shipping from our warehouse in Almere. During busy seasons, this may of course differ.
Pick up order
You can also pick up your order. Place your order online and choose the pick-up option in step 3.
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. can be placed the same working day between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

You will find the current stock with each product, please note that this stock is always indicative.
The desired item is sold out, what now?
Leave your e-mail address and we will let you know when the item is available again.
Seasonal items
In order to provide you with the desired seasonal items as well as possible, you can do this with us
order in advance. This ensures that the desired items in a certain period
are in stock for you. Expected delivery times of seasonal items:
